a mixed bag, honestly
faulty air conditioning thin walls
the room was quite spacious, i will give them that.
Oh, where do i even begin? the air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna in there. and the noise! the walls are paper thin. I could hear every snore and cough from the next room. seriously, did they build this place with cardboard?

The room was clean and kept with everything i needed.
The walls were thin. I could hear everything from next door. I would not rate this hotel a 4. The food was bland and basic (resembled a school canteen).

broad food selection helpful staff spacious room
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found the food selection to be broad with good quality. My room was spacious and notably clean. I liked the inclusion of toothbrushes , a disposable razor , and body lotion.
The walls felt thin , so I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

fantastic stay!
separate sinks rainfall shower many loungers useful bar
The room included two separate sinks. it also had a rainfall shower. the pool area had many loungers. I always found one. the pool bar proved very useful. i found the hotel super clean.
I waited a while for food at the snack bar. It felt a little slow.

The hotel is a short 10 to 15 minute walk to both the main strip and the beach. This made exploring easy. the area felt safe and accessible with plenty to see.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. the restaurant managers especially worked hard to assist guests with dietary needs. they ensured that suitable options were available. This was a very nice touch.
